“Within days of receiving my Bird Knife, I had a mess of pheasants to do and it handled the chore perfectly. The angle of the grip is just right for running the blade along either side of the breast bone. Very sharp. I like that it's small with a good sheath for stowing in my dog bag for upland hunts. Looks like a lifetime knife to me! Cleans up easily too with the smooth grip and blade. Very impressed! This is my eighth New West Knife!
