More special are the people at the stores and knifeworks that are creating works of art here in America. I cannot think of a better company to support. On a trip to St. Helena we found out about New West from the uber driver who said we had to go "check it out". I suggest that a trip to the wine country would not be complete without going to their Napa store and viewing true American craftmanship for yourself.”
