“I was thinking about getting a knife that was about the size of the Deli, but with a straight edge when the limited edition email came out about the Snake River Petty. I was too late to snatch up one of the Blue Burl Choppers a few months ago so I jumped on this one. Like the rest of my knives from New West, it's a fantastic tool in the kitchen and stunning to look at. My only wish is that the Snake River image was on both sides of the blade, like the Teton Santoku. My knives are displayed so the blades face to the right. Might have to think about redesigning the kitchen to accommodate it. Just kidding!”
