“As of recently they have changed all policies regarding exchange and therefore I don’t recommend ordering from them because they do not accommodate or help reasonably in the exchange process to make a long time customer happy. I had to fight and then ultimately PAY more money to ship and exchange the dress when it already costs $900. Stay away and stay clear from ordering from them. I ordered a dress in my normal size for this designer, some reason it doesn’t fit like my other 5 dresses in this designer and I needed an exchange. After back and forth emailing to beg for an exchange of this $900 dress, they accepted but after having to pay an additional 135 plus shipping. Again, I do no recommend this website anymore.”
