Thank you for your review. I see that your order was placed on December 24th and DHL was notified of your shipment that same day. However because of Christmas DHL was not able to start shipping the item until December 26th and you received it on December 29th. We're sorry that the holiday delayed your shipment and that your expectations were not met.
“I just had a horrible experience with them with 2 dresses costing a fortune. What they shipped to me is worst than "okrika", quality of fabric is zero, finishing zero, style zero. What u will receive is not even close to the picture they display on their website. I will never ever recommend them. When u return u lose %25 of the purchase price. Nightmare”
