“I received this dress last week, but because of its big box size, it was left in the office of the building i live in. Because of my work schedule, i couldn't get it and try it on till today. The zipper happened to be of such a bad quality and was stuck in the middle, even when you try to zip it back up it get stuck and its so hard to manage. I spoke to customer service representative “Nicole” and she was super rude. She said they cant help me because i didnt call right after i received it. How on earth would it be my fault that i couldnt pick it up earlier, and how would i damage the zipper. Such a bad customer service and a bad dress quality.”
