“I recently bought this dress and to say the least, i was quite disappointed especially for it being a Portia and Scarlet dress. The ends of the feathers on the shoulders are all showing with the glue they used to stick them on the dress, verrry unprofessional. Also the tulle was a little snagged. Nice dress but expected much more especially for the price and name brand.”
“I bought my dress on May 6 and had a wedding to attend on May 30th and after reading their shipping policy, it had stated that it was a 5-10 business days ....10 days being MAX. Also keep in mind this was a regular dress so there was no custom features added to it which meant there would be no delays with shipping. I never received a tracking number or even a email saying if the dress was being processed/shipped/on its way/etc. After 5 business days I decided to call and the representative told me that the dress hadn't even been ordered yet...... she told me she had placed the order then. after THREE WEEKS and at least 4 calls per week of asking where my dress is, if they had contacted the manufacturer's, when it would arrive.......I still had not received my dress. I finally receive the dress TWO days before the wedding completely DAMAGED. It was not even in a box.....it was shipped in a cheap fed ex bag with feather's falling off the dress even when you lift it, the zipper fully open as if someone had been trying it on, the belt handle was ripped, the belt itself was opened, this was completely unacceptable especially since I had paid over $299 US converting to over $420 Canadian dollars. After arguing with multiple representatives and having to call every single day, I was finally approved for a refund. They didn't even want to provide me with a shipping label. I had to ask for one, the lady then told me that instead of sending me one that someone from Fed Ex would come to my door and pick it up within 5 business days......of course.....no one showed up within those 5 business days. I had to call AGAIN and this other representative told me there was no such thing as that since they do not send fed ex employees to homes.... she then provided me with the label. After 3 weeks I finally received my refund. Overall, after all the stress, lies I was told, terrible customer service...I missed the wedding due to not having a dress and couldn't afford to buy ones in store. Would not recommend this to new buyers or even anyone buying a dress in general! Absolute worst, will not be purchasing back from here NOR will any of my friends or family again.”
“I got this dress last month. Material doesn't stretch and lacks room for alterations. But the style is just beautiful and I love the white color since it's hard to find white these days”
