“This is the worst dress!!! The first dress I received had a couple pink beads that were very obvious (the dress is charcoal and gold) and in different parts of the dress it was unraveling and the string and beads were coming apart. I called New York Dresses and they told me they were going to send a return label to me so I can send the dress back to them and they can mail me a new one (the same one). It took over a week for me to receive the return label (after callings several times) and once I received it I returned the dress. They did not automatically send me the other dress...I had to call them again to find out what was going on. They said that the dress they have there also has different color beading on it that should not be there. They gave me the option of picking out a different dress for the same price I paid or for them to fix the dress by removing the beading. I did not want to take a chance on ordering a different dress so I just told them to fix it. They said they would fix it the same day and send it (they also gave me 10% off for the trouble). Well the dress finally came in and I wore it to the wedding. After wearing it for 30 minutes the dress started to unravel and all the beading and string was falling all over the floor. I had to take it to a seamstress in the middle of the wedding so that she can see what was going on. There were big empty circles in the dress where all the beading had fallen out!!! She was not able to fill in the missing beading but was able to temporarily stop the beads from falling out anymore. By the end of the night the dress started to unravel all over. WORST DRESS!!! DO NOT BUY!!! $400 down the drain”
