“This was ordered for my brother and his fiancé since their wedding has been postponed. We wanted it to be received on their planned wedding day so we ordered almost 2 weeks in advance with guaranteed delivery. Unfortunately, the basket wasn’t shipped until the day before and was arrived 4 days late. The couple did state that the orchid was beautiful though, so that’s a plus and not sure if this is the company’s fault or the delivery vendor.”

“I ordered a gift that included a bottle of champagne and an orchid for friends of mine who recently got engaged. The orchid was delivered completely damaged which was embarrassing and disappointing. With that said, I emailed a NY Blooms customer service Rep (Quinton) after finding out the flowers were damaged and he was extremely quick in replying, apologizing and helpful in getting a new gift out to my friends. I think Strong customer service Is so important which is why I rated this 4 stars. I do think NY blooms should get better couriers!”

“For the birth of our niece's second son, we decided to send the parents a gift, rather than buy the baby clothing or a toy. The delivery went smoothly and the orchid was much appreciated. The champagne will be popped at a later date!”
