“The product is Top Notch but your service sucks.
First, I did not receive my order, then started to try to figure out where it was. It took two days to which your customer service did not respond. I had to raise the issue with PayPal to get a response. Then a new order was shipped and one of the bottles caps was loose & the product started leaking. Actually, showed on the outside of the box it was in. Both caps were loose but only one leaked.
Even though the product is good - there are other product I have used (F11 & Last Coat) that is just as good who's service is 100% better.”
