“Unfortunately the top was labelled incorrectly by Joules as a size 14 on the tag but the garment was actually a size 16 so it had to be returned. I realise you are not asking for my opinion on customer service but I have to say the staff I spoke to were extremely helpful and friendly and even checked to see if there was a garment of the correct size in the warehouse. The garment was also beautifully wrapped in tissue paper so it was a shame it didn't fit.”
