Harness Your Hormones was a really great motivator and support as I transitioned off of hormonal birth control. I went through my first cycle feeling like I was giving my body the nutrients it needed. I learned a lot about my body through the program and I am grateful for that knowledge.

It was really interesting to learn about hormones and the importance of blood sugar levels. I liked the pdfs and your videos. I'm still in the process of reintroducing foods and so far I have only really felt a difference from alcohol. In the time I have eliminated all the food groups I also didn't really feel a difference, so I didn't feel more energised etc. So I wonder if this is not the problem for me... I don't know. I am still looking for the root cause but have bought your book so hopefully will get some answers from that!

I started the programme after facing various stomach and hormone issues that got so bad I didn't want to eat and was losing a lot of weight. I followed it straight away, strictly and felt much better in about 2 weeks. I had so much energy and felt so positive it was amazing. When it came time to start reintroducing elements I struggled. I managed to include a cup of green tea each day and some 85% dark chocolate but other than that I react to everything with pain and stomach problems. I hadn't had a period for 3 months and had one 3 weeks after starting the programme. I was so happy. However I haven't had one since. This maybe due to my age being 46 it could be an early menopause, or the fact that I was on the pill for reasons not dissimilar to your own for about 25 years. I stopped taking the pill at the end of December last year and thought my periods would be back to normal by now. Maybe they never will. But at least I don't feel like I am about to start everyday which I had felt before following your programme. And as for not being able to reintroduce other foods yet I am actually pretty happy with this as I love the choice of foods, I always ate healthily but I didn't vary my diet much, now I am loving discovering new foods. As for following the programme I found it very easy, it is so well written, clear and logical. I have recommended it to a lot of my friends. Thanks so much for creating this programme and selling it at an affordable price. When I saw the price I never expected to have such a well researched programme but I was really pleasantly surprised.
