“Hello! My first time purchasing this for Christmas as a gift! Unfortunately, it was just being used by my grandson’s mom for a work party and there wasn’t any liquor nips inside and Only candies. Immediately, I contacted customer service at Nipyata and they were Awesome ! Phenomenal and Understanding with their help! It was not a problem Replacing and Shipping out a New Nipyata Piñata for my grandson! I can not say enough about how happy I am with this Company and how they have handled this misfortune, but also the amazing Gift ideas! They have been a super HotHot hot over the Holidays! Yes, this One did have hissing liquor nips, but to know the Company gets back to an email within a 24 hour period with a response and a resolution, you will Keep My Business and referrals coming. Thank you for your quick response and resolution. You are truly a 10+”
