“I was very excited to try you guys for the first time and sent my best friend a gif for her birthday since she was working in South Dakota and spent her birthday by herself. I asked to be delivered on 9/6 and it was delivered 9/8 after she left South Dakota the are holding it at a FedEx location I have been trying to call to get this resolved multiple times and left messages and no one has called me back. I paid pretty good money for this and my friend never received her gift.”
