“Had an issue with shipping the first go round, contacted company and they were responsive, nice and immediately sent me a replacement. Shipping was through FEDEX and because you have to sign for the package, I had to sign up with them to arrange to have it delivered after hours. After hours delivering cost me $5 on top of the company's shipping costs. At the end of the day, my friend got their gift and loved it. Managing FEDEX was bothersome.”

“I never received my product and despite trying to contact customer service, never heard back from anyone. This was an expensive waste of time and money.”
