“I voted this acceptable, not because of the product, but due to poor communication from the Nipyata company and the shipping service. It is advertised as 3-7 days for shipping. This was ordered as a Christmas gift but did not arrive as it was advertised. I planned on having it arrive at least 12 days before Christmas but it arrived just a few days before Christmas. The tracking information was provided AFTER I reached out to the company. Of note - the gal who assisted in finding my package was really helpful (I give her 5 stars). The company sent other promotional emails, which were often in bad taste and frankly offensive ("Hi there, you are an absolute beauty"). Overall, my sister was pleased with the gift but it was a lot of hassle.”

We have switched carriers and are back to using FedEx so that should help resolve future shipping issues. “THE GIFT WAS GREAT; HOWEVER, IT ARRIVED OVER A WEEK LATE & TRACKING WAS NONEXISTENT. IT WAS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT TO RECEIVE AN ADVENT CALENDAR JUST 2 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN DELIVERED ON 12/13. THE HASSLE WAS DEFINITLEY NOT WORTH IT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING UNTIL NIPYAYTA HAS THEIR SHIPPING/LOGISTICS FIGURED OUT.”
