Hi Michael, Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. We are so happy you are pleased with the beer selections on our subscription service. We signed on with a new carrier because our contract with our previous carrier expired. There are so many regulations related to shipping liquor. The new carrier is taking a bit of time to get up to speed. We are confident this issue will get ironed out quickly as we have been working with them on our expectations.
