“I have used Nipyata before and was thrilled to send gifts to friends. This time I was still thrilled but then my gift never sent and even after trying to send it again, the same problem occurred. Upset that my friend never received her gift...I would have sent something else had I known it would have done this...I did get a refund. This was just my experience but I have also had other great experience but with that being said I will now be more cautious when ordering from Nipyata and recommending to others. Hope this doesn't happen to others because this is an awesome way to send a small gift!”

“I placed an order in early April. 1 card to be sent immediately, and 1 to be delivered on May 13. After I got notification that the order had been picked up from the facility, and 2 weeks later it hadn't arrived, and no other shipping info available, I emailed them. They offered a refund, or to reship item. I had it reshipped, and it arrived within days. My next card was to be delivered on 5/13. It finally got there around 5/17. It was ordered more than a month in advance with a specific delivery date of on or before 5/13.”
