Hi Connie, Thank you for the feedback! After doing some research into your order I found that we shipped your original order on 4/2. FedEx then lost the shipment so we offered to ship a replacement right away. The replacement delivered on 4/13. I would say that's pretty good service! Stay Boozy :)

Janet, Thanks for the review. Not sure it deserves 1 star given that legally we are not permitted to ship to HI. The thing with shipping spirits is that each state has its own laws and we're not able to ship to HI. Sorry for the disappointment. We hope that one day soon we can ship to all 50 states! All the best to you and your family whom you're not able to see. I know it's hard I'm in the same boat...Jon
