“I received a card for my birthday and thought it was such a cool idea, so I decided to give it a try. I sent one to my friend for her birthday and it arrived on time with my message but no signature. I thought “oh well, things happen”. Father’s Day was coming and I thought my dad would get a kick out of these cards. I ordered it on 6/9 in plenty of time for Father’s a day that was on 6/20. I added my message and was proud of myself for finally getting a card in the mail on time. Well, the card arrived 4 days after Father’s Day with no message at all inside. My dad had no clue who it was from and was even concerned if he should use the contents. Nipyata did at least refund the shipping but the sentiment had been lost. I doubt I’ll give it another go, I’m not so sure 3 times will be the charm.”

“Did not expect the handwritten note to have a misspelling after I spelled everything correctly, nor did I expect a word to be barely legible because the writer jumbled the letters together when he/she realized that the word was too long to fit on the same line. Don’t bother with the note.”

Hi Irvina, Oh my goodness! I'm so sorry about the issues with your order! I refunded the entire amount back to your original payment method! You will see that refund back in 3-5 business days. We switched our note system to a QR code so we will no longer be handwriting notes! I can promise you from this point on every note will be perfect. Stay Boozy :)

“The Bottle itself was great! The card was a little confusing and it took us a few minutes to figure out how to pull it up. I would suggest just putting a normal card with the person's message on it inside the box.”
