“The stick and blindfold was not included. I called and requested that the items be sent ASAP. I was told that they would be delivered by FedEx the next evening. I explained that I was staying at a hotel for two nights. We never received the items and apparently they were delivered at the hotel four days later. I never received a follow up phone call or any apology. I was very disappointed with the customer service.”
