“When I opened my order package, Bio-Gel powder went everywhere. One of the inner plastic packages inside an individual box was not zip-sealed and powder filled the air and spilled out all over my kitchen on top of breathing some of it into my lungs which was unavoidable. Somebody at Nitro-Pak is responsible for this. I lost at least a whole box of Bio-Gel as one of the results as well as coughed for most of the rest of the day.”
