“Sure, the new formulation of the Aladdin Replacement Mantles are not as bright as the old formulation. But the Aladdin Mantle Lamps still put out more light, with no noise. And these mantles seem to be a lot more robust than the old formulation. And Nitro-Pak has THE BEST price and service of any of the on-line ordering companies. If you have an Aladdin Mantle Lamp, then you should purchase at LEAST two of these per each lamp you have. Remember, if you have only one, then you are one mantle away from no light. With two, you can weather that "oops!" we all do from time to time.”
