“This was an absolute surprise to me. I had received my complete order and found one (1) bar did not have a vacuum to the package. I contacted the Nitro-Pak and informed them that there was one (1) bad bar in the shipment. I did not expect anyone to replace it, since it was such a small loss. They sent me a replacement, free of charge. I am impressed. Thanks.”
