“This product was so hot/spicy we could not eat it. We prepared it exactly as instructed on the package. It was beyond spicy. It was too hot, we through it out. My husband grew up on the Arizona/Mexico border, and enjoys moderately spicy food, but this was too hot for him also. We checked the product description, to see if we had inadvertently ordered a product that is described as being hot/spicy, but did not see anything on the packaging, or in the online product description. This is the first one of AlpineAireFoods products we have tried (we usually buy MountainHouse), and we had planned on trying a few more. But if they are all this spicy then it probably would not work for us.”
