“The bed has a soft, spongy feel. Very light and easy to assemble. For a softness level of about 5.5 or 6 out of 10, meaning its pretty far from firm but not too soft. The shipping was quick, however the pillows arrived separately, but wasnt bad at all. I came from a 10yr old springy mattress, but I transitioned to this style bed within 3 days. I now feel more energized and less achy when I wake up. The only bad part about this bad is that it is too comfy LOL!.....sometimes you arent sleepy, but just want to keep laying down anyway. I LOVE THIS BED AND SO DOES EVERYONE ELSE.”
