I was unsure at first because they came tightly rolled like the mattress and when first unrolled the actually appear "broken"- that is to say they felt like big chunks of broken memory foam instead of one solid pillow. As there were no instructions in any videos on the pillows, I attempted to redistribute the foam manually but turned out there was no need! Give the pillows an hour and they turn into beautiful soft, yet supportive, sleep enhancers!”
