“I was expecting a firm mattress and was surprised by its softness, but it really is very supportive! I no longer wake up with pain - it cradles my muscles, so I wake up rested after a hard workout, not sore. I also love the pillows and sheets that came with my mattress. The sheets are lightweight and soft - perfect for summer. I wasn't originally going to use the pillows (they were free with my purchase), but I quickly realized how comfortable they were and ditched old pillows that I used to love. I love the combination of the mattress, pillows, and sheets. I am amazed at how much the quality of my sleep has improved.
Customer service was excellent. There was a FedEx shipping issue with my order and they were very friendly and responsive when I called. It was so nice being able to talk to a real person to get my issue resolved in a timely manner.”
