We did remove some of the stuffing so it was tailored to how we liked it. It is firm but not, and you are not over heated with it. We have no more stiffness in the neck and our heads feel level with the rest of our body as we sleep on the Evolution 15. It is well made with two covers. The outer one you wash.”
