“Oh goodie, where to begin. So we received the pillows, had an enjoyable time watching the expand, and then wondered why they were called squishy. They were heavy,really tall, dense, and hard. But, I decided to try and sleep on one anyway. Now from someone who normally sleeps on a very small flat pillow, I felt I was being brave. I kept waking during the night thinking I wish there was some way to remove part of the inside. And guess what, you can!!!!It took us a couple of nights, but I remembered seeing it on the web site. My advice is to not give up! Keep working with it until you have it just right. You'll be happy you did, and the material on the inside is soft and cool. No, I haven't played with it :-).”
