“I am a small athletic side-sleeping human (5'1" 110lbs) and firm beds wreck my back - to the point that I was waking up with massive spasms from a more firm mattress prior to the Nolah. Three nights into sleeping on the Nolah, and the spasms subsided. Three weeks later, my chronic back pain is also feeling better. And, I don't wake up to pain in my hip or shoulder during the night. The one con is that, because of the softness, I can feel my partner moving around a bit more as he shifts from side-to-side. Definitely not a deal breaker, though...and is likely a natural compromise to a much more soft, painless night's sleep!”
“So very easy to purchase this bed. I was a little apprehensive purchasing a mattress sight unseen. However I couldn't be more pleased. We ordered it came in about 5 days later and we slept on it that night. Easy to set up all by myself. what a great mattress. I can't say enough how much we love it.
