The shopping experience was great; arrived earlier than expected, straightforward and trouble-free set up, but the bed is unsatisfying at this point. I bought the luxury firm, but the bed for me has been stiff and uncomfortable to sit on and lay on for a time. I wake up stiff and in more back pain than when I laid down. It hasn't been 120 days yet, but I don't think I can wait much longer to adjust. I expected my body to feel at ease when I lay down and refreshed when I wake up, but unfortunately all I feel is pain and/or discomfort. I bought the mattress because of all the positive reviews and would like to recommend it; but for me, at this time it's just not working. :(”

“Fantastic shopping experience - excellent warranty options and my old mattress was picked up. Fast delivery and excellent logistics. I replaced a 10 year old Tempur-Pedic mattress with the Nolah and this is by far my favorite mattress I've ever slept on. I bought my (very expensive) Tempur-Pedic after having back surgery and I find the Nolah to offer better support for me now, great for back, hip, and joint pain. I wasn't expecting to love the pillows as they were a nice free addition to my purchase but they have also been great! A+ experience all around.”
