“Well lets see. We are very surprised. After researching and contemplating on this purchase. Must say we are surprised. Lets be real a bed in a box! What? Who would think?
First the box is about 4' x 2' and very heavy. When you open it up it is vacuumed sealed and compressed. Once you break the seal it immediately starts to expand.
Now we did buy the Nolah Evolution 15 in a queen with the bamboo mattress protector. Not to mention it came with two pillows. The bed is very comfortable. We are very happy with the purchase just wish we would have purchased the king. Now for the pillows. We prefer laytex foam pillows traditional. The pillows we got where the shredded laytex foam. This represents a down like feel. We are not found of this. That is our personal choice. But the gusset the are wrapping in is wonderful and such great quality. When it comes to the bed protector. It makes you very warm and makes the sheet slip and slide around. We would not every purchase this again. It is very good quality just not for us. We would recommend this product and we have.”
“Other than a debacle with FedEx delivering my Nolah, I've head a great experience so far. The mattress is very comfortable, although it's much different from my previous mattress, so I'm still getting used to it. But I have no complaints thus far. And, oh yes, the mattress. My prefacing with a very positive review of the intangibles is my saving the best for last. The Evolution 15 mattress is simply superb. I could not be happier. If I count my big toes too, I give it four thumbs up. Very well done, Nolah.”
“The process of ordering my mattress and Nolah shipping a few days later was very easy. My trouble came in when it arrive to my local FedEx delivery station where it sat in the warehouse for roughly 14 days. Nolah customer service was fantastic to work with as they called FedEx daily seeking an update on my delivery.
