“I purchased the Nolan Evolution 15 mattress on a whim based on the great reviews and description. So far so good, Im still in the break in phase so getting used to it but so far I love it. The customer service after my purchase setting my expectations, answering questions and delivery time was exceptional. The packaging was really creative and I was really impressed with the quality of the materials used for the mattress. It does help keep me cooler as I am a hot sleeper. The mattress was super easy to set up as well. I do wish it had a little better edge support but am overall happy with it!”
“Shopping experience was great, the quality is fantastic, but the mattress is too hard for lighter side sleepers. Foam padding and a wool topper helps, but we wake up with hip pain and have to change positions multiple times at night. It is unfortunate that this information is likely known, but not asked during the buying process.
Buyers should be asked to volunteer their weight, height, and sleeping position and provided a recommendation based on that information. This can easily be improved, which is why the 2 stars overall.”
“Excellent mattress. Customer service was over the top. Initially thought the mattress was a little too firm, then with the added pillow topper made it 100%. No longer wake up with stiffness and back and neck pain. Love the mattress.”
“The Evolution 15 is a replacement for The Beautyrest Harmony Diamond. The sales team suggested the luxury firm after my telling them my sleep preferences. The mattress does seem to be cooler than any others Ive had. The only complaint I have is the sort of button tuft indentations in the mattress. I know they are there for a purpose but I can feel them under my back and my heels sometimes settle into them. Im still within the trial period and hate to spend a fortune to purchase a topper but that may be my next option, I find the mattress comfortable other than that. I think the majority of people wouldnt feel the divots, I think Im overly sensitive. I would definitely recommend this mattress to others.”
“I bought this mattress after I researched the best mattress for side sleepers. I forget the name of the site but Nolan was the number 1 choice. Took a chance and I have to say I have noticed a difference in my sleep. I do not toss and turn as I did with my previous mattress and that allows me to stay asleep. I was a bit skeptical about buying a mattress in a box but I highly recommend this product and the company in general. Nolahs team was very communicative. Again, I highly recommend this mattress.”
“So far we really like the mattress! It is taking the both of us a little longer than we expected to adjust to the new mattress though. I feel like the mattress (luxury firm) is a little more plush than what I expected. We are both side and back sleepers and we both wake up a little achy when we first wake up. But I think its because our bodies aren't used to sleeping on a better mattress than what we used to have. We have our mattress on the nolah adjustable base and it seems to work with it just fine. I do believe after our adjustment period things will get better. I have no intentions on returning this mattress. I would recommend it.”
