“Shopping experience was great, shipping was wonderful, but the young lady that helped me when I called in was awesome, incredible, professional, wonderful, extremely knowledgeable and did I mention incredible!!! She answered every question without hesitation and walked me the entire process and did I mention that she was incredible. Oh the mattress, it seems to get better each night. Not as soft as Im used to but it appears to be breaking me in great. Im a side sleeper and its making a big difference in my waking up with less pain after only a couple of weeks. The mattress was much heavier than I anticipated so I definitely needed help getting it to my upper floor bedroom. Once there I was able to wrestle it in place without too many problems.
It is challenging putting on sheets due to the weight but Ill figure that out and its a small price to pay for taking care of my nightly pain.”
