“At first, the mattress was amazing until I decided to hug my wife at night again. I suffer from spin issues (6 herniated disks) so it's important to have a good mattress that can accommodate my condition. The main issue is that I can't hug my wife or sleep next to her which I thought I would do again with a mattress that can support my condition. The side of my body that is next to her dips towards her even though she's only 140lbs and I'm 230lbs. Its like part of my body is higher than the other part. This causes me pain so I asked her to stay on her side of the bed. Having her away from me helps tremendously which is unfortunate.”

“While we feel the mattress is made very well and pretty comfortable, we wish we had gone with our first instinct and gotten the firm mattress. (My husband is much heavier than I, so I often feel I'm rolling down hill toward the middle of the bed.) Unfortunately, when I ordered the mattress, I thought I was saying "no" to the set-up/haul away fee and would still get the 120 day trial. We were disappointed to learn I had ordered incorrectly and were not able to exchange it for the firm. We were offered a large discount on a firm, but chose to keep the softer luxury firm. We would buy the Nolah brand again, but we would definitely order firm the next time. As for the customer service, they get an A++!”
“I order the natural 11 and I loved it but unfortunately it sleeps to hot for me but for someone who stays on the cold side its perfect. So I upgrade to the Evolution 15. This bed is just as luxurious as the natural 11 just more plush. These beds are so comfortable. The customer services people are so nice and response time is quick. I sleep better than ever with no soreness. It truly is a well build mattress. And I'am so glad I went with them.”
“I think this is a very good mattress. I no longer have pressure points pain on my hips. I gave it 4 stars only because it says that it will keep you cool in summer. My husband has had the most relief with this bed. He had been waking up with neck pain and from the first night he no longer wakes up with pain.”
