“The Nolah Evolution 15 is an excellent mattress for most people. It is exceptionally high quality and comfortable, provided you are not a plus size sleeper. I contacted Nolah reps beforehand with concerns the Evolution Luxury Firm may not be enough to support my weight, but they assured me it would. Unfortunately, it does not. Because of my weight, I sink through the top, softer layers. This does two things - it keeps my spine from being in proper alignment and creates pain from pressure from feeling the coils directly. If you arent plus size, this mattress should generally be a good fit. Im waiting for Mulberry to get back to me about a claim, so I can return it, but if you have a petite to medium body frame, this mattress should support you without the same issues.”
“I really hesitated to buy this mattress. We are 2 plus size people and we were sleeping on a 5 year old nest mattress. Interestingly this one has the same firmness level but the feel is so much more plush. My aches and pains with chronic back issues are not gone, but definitely reduced and I sleep much sounder without pressure point pain waking me up. I was worried about motion transfer in a hybrid but its really not bad at all. I have never been one to hang out in bed to read or watch movies but now its where I want to be!
This mattress is tall though. Im 55 and can barely get in with it placed on our platform bed. Overall a worthy investment.”
“I'm so glad I learned about the Nolah mattress from Slumber Yard on YouTube. This mattress is a Godsend. My husband and I tried a couple of other mattresses on the bed in box market. The first was too soft for him. The second was to hard for me. But the third mattress, the Nolah Mattress was just right. It stopped our arguments regarding what to do about a mattress. “I bought this mattress because our old one was a heat trap. So far, this mattress does not hold heat like our previous one. Its also pretty comfortable, however, as a side sleeper there has been a noticeable amount of hip pain with this new mattress. Weve added a memory foam mattress topper in hopes that helps with the pressure points. Overall, were happy with this mattress, just wish it were a bit softer!”
