“Our older Sleep Number started losing air, so we looked around and agreed on trying the Nolah king 16. It arrived quickly and we had to use a hand truck to get it upstairs, but that was the only drawback. Unwrapping it was a breeze, and we waited the suggested 24 hours to sleep on it. I have been a side sleeper all of my life, but I find myself waking up on my backits that comfortable in either position!”
“Husband and I were really looking forward to some rested, peaceful nights but unfortunately it has been somewhat disappointing. Shopping experience, delivery, set up all good. Mattress and pillows disappointing. The pillows that come with the mattress are standard size even though we purchased a king size mattress. Why would they not send the size that coincides with the mattress purchased is beyond me. So we cant use them in our bed. We have to use them in the guest bedroom which is disappointing. I wanted to use them for us but the pillow cases are king! The mattress is softer than I expected it which I made my decision according to their firmness level gauge. Although I do sleep better than before it is not 100% better. I wake up a little sore and I think its because its too soft. Not sure yet if we will be keeping it or returning it. We will make a decision after the recommended 30 day trial.”
“My husband loves the new mattress, me not so much.yet. We have slept on a mattress that was 5 years over due. I guess I just had my spot worn into it and now Im having to break in a new one which would be the case with any new mattress, so Im not writing it off just yet. Now the cloud thing my husband says its like sleeping on a puffy yet firm cloud I agree because this thing is thick! Im going to have to buy a stepping stool to get in bed! And Im 5ft 7!!! Shipping no problem carrying it in the house problem! Its super heavy, do not attempt alone(King size). Me my husband and hand trucks got it in. After that pretty much smooth sailing. All in all, I would recommend this mattress, Im OCD. I will pick apart anything to find a reason to or not to like something.but I really think after some time this will be great”

We are really enjoying the new mattress and finding it very comfortable and cool. My wife is a hot sleeper, so think this is helping even though she still turns the A/C thermostat down to 69 degrees at night....LOL!!

“Our previous hybrid mattress (from another manufacturer) began to sag after six years of use, causing my husband and I to experience a sore back and sore hips. I considered buying the same one again because we really liked it until then, but decided it wasn't worth the current (heavily inflated) cost.
I did some research on hybrid mattresses and ran across this one from Nolah. I liked the warranty terms and the features of the mattress. I took advantage of a discount that was offered at the time and placed an order for a King Size Evolution 15 in "Luxury Firm."
The mattress arrived about a week later via FedEx. The box seemed impossibly small for a 15-inch king-sized mattress. It was very heavy and we had to basically push it into the house and up our stairs to the bedroom.
It's worth noting that the box is blue and even though it wasn't raining outside and the box appeared to be dry, we wound up with a few blue spots on our carpet and walls while moving it upstairs.
We unpackaged the mattress and arranged it on our adjustable base. It expanded quickly to its full size and there was no noticeable smell at all.
Our last mattress was considered Plush Firm and I would say the Luxury Firm is comparable but perhaps a bit firmer. It still has a plush top and is very nice.
We have slept on the mattress for nearly a month so far and had no problem adjusting to it. We both have slept well and are happy with our purchase. We can't speak to the longevity of the mattress, obviously, but initial quality seems good.”
