It got here (Miami Florida) in 3 days. Since the day we received this bed my back has not been sore and weve had it a bit over a month. We went with the luxury plush which supports but isnt too firm. I get real deep sleep and fall asleep within minutes of laying down. I have always had sleeping trouble and thought it was me, turns out it was my comfort level!

“I was skeptical about buying a mattress online without trying it first. All of the "reviews" I read, and "review videos" I saw comparing one mattress to another are basically very good marketing, so I remained skeptical. Even the explanation of how the mattress is made, with layers of this, that, and the other things... how would I even know without cutting the thing open? This comes under the category of "you have to trust sometimes."
Let me tell you, I am sleeping really well. All of the information I read and viewed about the mattress was accurate for me. I don't feel pressure on my shoulder, hips and knees when lying on my side. I'm surrounded by soft (but not too soft) layers that feel cozy and comfortable. The support for me is perfect. I go to sleep almost immediately, and wake up refreshed. That's what sleep is supposed to be. On my former mattress, which was a solid Tempurpedic, my sleep was not this good. There were some days when I really didn't want to go to bed, because I knew I would have the old aches and pains. But now, I find myself happy to hop into bed!
I do not feel my partner move at all - he's twitchy and moves a lot. So if motion transfer is a worry for you, this mattress will not be a problem.
Shopping on the website was easy, and the customer service was right there when I made a mistake and entered the wrong shipping address...oops....
Delivery was good, although the shipper delivered it to our next-door neigbor instead of us, but we found it all right. The box was damaged, but the mattress sausage was still intact and good.
We rolled the sausage on the foundation, and opened it up, and whoosh the whole thing sprang to life. Be sure you're not standing too close when you open it. For me, not too much odor, but we left it for a day to do it's thing. If you have a very sensitive sense of smell I think you'll smell it, but I had to get really close. It doesn't disturb me sleeping.
So if you're ready to drop around $2k on a mattress (King size) this is a very good choice. At this point (still within our 100 days) I'm very satisfied with the purchase.
And, by the way, the "squishy pillows" that came included (free) were not good for either me or my husband. They are way too lofty and firm, and my head was at a weird angle when I tried it. So... they will be covered with shams for decoration in our guest room.”
