I sleep on my back and side and my wife stomach and side. I am 63 210 lbs and wife is 55 and 140 lbs, we both had shoulder and hip stiffness, and I would have low back pain waking up each morning when we had our DreamCloud Premier Luxury Firm (which was way to firm). We returned the Dreamcloud and I took a chance on the Nolah, and my wife and I wake up with no more stiffness or pain! The top layers of foam give enough pressure relief on shoulders and hips and the coils do a great job with support from there. Motion isolation is excellent as I do not feel my wife move around at night. Edge support is good and the bed has good bounce for sex.
