“Wow! That is a little word with a big meaning when it comes to this mattress. I was waking up with muscle craps,sore hips and back and was just not resting well and I knew it was due to my mattress. So i go online and research the best mattress in a box since we are living in a camper and all awards and reviews are pointing to this mattress and we order the 'Luxury Firm 15 hybrid" as our bed arrives the box is beat all to pieces and with a hole in the mattress,I immediately call customer service and report this with pictures to verify and with little hesitation my mattress is reordered. It finally arrives and I am already impressed with the customer service at this point but now I am thoroughly impressed with this mattress.After just one night of sleeping on this cooling cloud of joy my pain is gone! I love this mattress immensely and will be purchasing another one for my house after its built since I cant remove it from the camper (too big) but Im sure the next owners of this camper will appreciate it as much as we have.”

“I have had my new bed for 30 days and Im sleep better as long as I dont use the pillows. They are so hard you could use them for a floor cushions. They say they're adjustable but that is only if you can get the zipper to open. We worked really hard and got one of them opened. We gave up on the other so it is unusable. I SELECTED "NO" ON THE RECOMMENDING OF THE PRODUCT BECAUSE YOU DID NOT OFFER A NEUTRAL OPTION. Its to early for me to know if I would recommend the bed.”
