Mattress came with 2 complimentary queen size pillows which is a plus, packaged was delivered on time, be warned package is bulky and heavy ( i ordered king size mattress ) it came in a box with instructions, after unrolling i waited a full 24 hours for mattress to completely expand before sleeping on it. My husband had 2 spine surgeries and shoulder surgery, so he needed a comfortably mattress that would alleviate pain and pressure; I have to say it works for him, as for me, its the equivalent of what sleeping on a cloud would probably feel like. The luxury firm is perfect, not overly soft but soft enough to provide the comfort we need, i would definetly recommend.”
