“Not many people research products the way I do (I guess it's my purchasing background), but I'm sure I investigated virtually every major brand of online mattress out there. Some have some really glitzy websites, and do a fabulous job with push ads. That doesn't impress me. I also don't put too much stock in a manufactuer's on-site customer reviews because who is going to post comments that discourage purchases of their own product? (but you can believe mine! haha). So, where I usually go is the BBB websites to read the customer complaints, how many they've had, did the manufacturer respond, and did they make a sincere effort to resolve the issue. Bar none, Nolah had some of fewest BBB customer complaints and they addressed every single one of them. In fact, I think they went above and beyond anything a manufacturer should have to do to please one particularly unreasonable customer. And, if that weren't enough, Nolah has the best online chat of them all. They could either immediately answer a question or, within a minute or two, had an answer. Great customer service and product all the way around.”
“Loving my Nolah so far! Was desperate for a good nights sleep after being on a sleep number that my husband and I both hated. This thing is an absolute dream compared to that crappy air mattress. I have crazy back, neck, and hip problems which were exaggerated on my old mattress. Woke up every morning with back pain. Weve had the Nolah for two weeks and I havent woken up with back pain since. Its great because Im a side sleeper and it cradles my hip instead of putting pressure on it. Very cloud like, but also supportive. I also like the thickness - 15H makes a big difference and is probably double my old mattress. I cant wait to get into bed every night! Highly recommend for people with bad backs and hips!”
“30 days in I like the mattress much better than my previous Zinus memory foam. If I could change 1 thing I would get rid of the dimples from the euro topper. The mattress feels great but the Euro topper dimples are noticeable but not enough to change my 5 star review.”
“To start I had a slight hiccup with my platform bed. Nothing major just missing a leg but I emailed Nolah on the weekend and they were super quick to respond and shipped out another one on Monday! The mattress itself has been great! I never realized how bad the mattress we were sleeping on was. Our Nolah is supportive and very comfortable. I used to wake up with shoulder pain but that has gone away with our new Nolah. I am pretty hot sleeper and it amazed me how cool to touch the mattress was. I wanted to sleep on it without any sheets but my wife did not approve. My next new mattress will definitely be another Nolah.”
