This is a well made mattress especially for the sales price point and had everything we were looking for (support, comfort, pain relief, cooling, solid build). I ordered the original (Plush) version a few days before they announced a medium and firm model. Nolah even offered to send the medium to replace the Plush for a little more firmness but we have kept the Plush and it is working well for us. “Unboxing was simple, and there were almost no bad smells. The mattress quickly gained its full height. The mattress has greatly reduced pains in my shoulders and hips. I am very satisfied with the purchase. The mattress doesn't sleep any hotter than the boxspring I had before. While I have woken up hot on occasion, I think it's due to me sleeping very soundly in just one position. And that's a good thing.”
