As far as the mattress goes I loved it. Very comfortable, great pressure point relief, and it didn't make me hot. Sadly, however, as much as I loved it my husband did not. He is quite a bit larger than me and found the mattress to be too soft. He gave it a valiant try but in the end he couldn't deal with it. Obviously we need a bed we both love and for that reason we returned it. Once again customer service was so amazing I almost felt guilty for asking for a refund lol.
It was overall a great quality mattress, and I'm sad it didn't work out for us. I still 100% recommend this mattress for those who sleep hot and need great pressure point relief.”

“I purchased this mattress because it was described on the review website as having a 'luxury hotel feel' and I would say that's a great description. It is the perfect softness, I am petit and a side sleeper. I feel like I don't toss and turn nearly as much. We originally got a Queen but felt it was too tight of a sleep because the edge wasn't as strong as our original old firm mattress. We exchanged it for a King and the size is perfect! Customer service was also very nice and helpful.”
