“I received delivery of my Nolah Evolution 15 Luxury Firm mattress about 8 weeks ago. I have found it to be a very substantial and comfortable mattress. I have arthritis and disc issues in my back so mattress n opping has been a long and difficult process in the past. I did a lot of research on mattresses before deciding on purchasing from Nolah. It took a leap of faith for me to order a bed in a box mattress without being able to try it out first but Nolah's exceptional customer service made this work for me. Initially I thought the Luxury Firm was too firm. I communicated with Lexi in Nolah's Customer Service Dept. and she could not have been more pleasant and helpful. She offered to send me a softer topper which would have been a perfect solution but would have made the bed 17-18 inches deep which my sheets probably wouldn't have accomodated. Instead she sent out a Plush mattress so I could try the softer version and then let me decide which mattress to keep and which one to return. The return process was super simple. I ended up keeping the Luxury Firm because I was concerned that the Plush might have been a little too soft and might get even softer as time goes on.
I am impressed with the construction of the Nolah mattress. I like the firmness on the edges, the lack of off gassing, the number of layers of different levels of foam and the zoning of the springs as compared to other mattresses that I researched. I think it is a very comfortable mattress and yet it gives me the support I need in the torso area.
I would highly recommend this company and it's product. I have never dealt with a customer service department that was so patient, understanding and truly concerned to make sure that a customer was satisfied with their purchase.
