Shopping experience was great. Fast delivery. We are about 2 1/2 weeks in and the mattress may be too soft. The mattress feels comfortable but I am experiencing back pain. Our quality of sleep is not better, about the same. I am waking up a lot. We are committed to a minimum 30 day trial before perhaps exchanging for the next firmness up from this. Time will tell.

I spent hours each day for almost a week scanning reviews for basically every online mattress company out there (I have a boring desk job, hence the free time). I'm a hot side sleeper (hot is an understatement, I'm a blast furnace), and now that I finally bought a Nolah Evolution 15, I wanted to write a review for it that I myself would have loved to have seen during my research. Here goes: 1) I've been sleeping on my Nolah mattress for more than three months 2) I'm a lifelong side sleeper with aspirations to be a back sleeper someday 3) As mentioned above, I'm a blast furnace in bed, it's ridic how much heat I off-put 4) I weigh 185 pounds, and I'm 5'11" (I'm actually 5'11", not pretending to be on my dating profile and then showing up to the coffee date as 5'6" dude wearing lifts) Not sure if it's cool for me to mention the actual name here, but... I've only slept on a Tuft & Needle mattress for the past 3 years (both the Original and the Mint). I was never comfortable on either one, both too firm and way too hot for me, but I got used to the sore shoulders and I bought a BedJet that helped offset the sweaty nights. Okay, here is my conclusion: the Nolah Evolution 15 with the Plush topper is absolutely perfect for a hot side sleeper. Let me all-caps this part - WITH THE PLUSH TOPPER. I feel like that part is not as easily seen in the reviews I've read through. If you are a side sleeper and you sleep hot, don't hesitate to get the Plush topper. You can definitely sleep on it on your back, too, it's not insanely soft, it's just really perfect for a side sleeper and it does not add extra heat to your REM time. If you have a partner at least some of the time who is a back sleeper, I can say this: my partner is a back sleeper, was concerned I didn't opt for the Luxury Firm topper, and was instantly thrilled with the Plush topper, so back sleepers should be fine with it unless they... don't like a luxurious feeling when they get into bed? Idk, this review isn't me trying to convince people who like to sleep on plywood that they should buy this mattress. I'm a bit of a princess and I love a luxury feel when I get into bed, and this mattress delivers. It feels incredibly well-constructed, and the different features like the zoned support and the gusseting actually all do matter and you can tell they are making a difference. It's just wild to buy something like this and have all of the build-up actually pay off. Ugh, this review is doing the thing the other reviews do when they go on way too long. My bad. Last thoughts, I promise: - I don't even need my BedJet anymore for sleeping too hot! I'm thrilled that I wake up with NO shoulder soreness or hip soreness and also not sweaty. - This mattress is deep AF. Nothing some deep-pocketed bedding can't handle, but I have a low-profile platform bed from Charles P. Rogers that is amazing and it's unlikely you are going to want a box spring with this on top of a bed frame. I mean, this sounds obvious, who the hell is stacking a box spring on a bed frame anymore, but still. Also get on a Charles P. Rogers bed frame, slats are the absolute worst and you are an adult who deserves an actual, solid platform bed. They can be hard to find, but go to Charles P. Rogers and grab one, they are stunning, timeless, and worth the investment). Anyhoozle, this mattress on a low-profile platform bed or solo box spring is height perfection! Good luck and Godspeed, my fellow hot-hot-hot side sleepers. This is the mattress for you (with the PLUSH topper), I hope you make the purchase and discover that for yourselves!

As a slide sleeper, this mattress is the best thing that has ever happened to me! I used to wake up with shoulder, neck, and back pain, and that all went away after a few weeks of sleeping on our new Nolah mattress. It is quite thick/tall/heavy, but that isn't a big deal for us. The sides of the mattress took a few days to get sturdy enough to sleep near/on, but now they are fine and provide adequate support. I am glad we chose Nolah, and I recommend this mattress to any side sleeper out there.

Shopping was easy, shipping was to be expected. We haven't slept much better because as side sleepers it is still too firm. I double checked the order and I ordered the Evolution plush so we are still hoping it will break in because it sleeps cool and my Wife likes it more than I do.

The Hybrid was comfortable but we just didn't care for the motion transfer, it was a bit too much motion than we like. We are trying the Signature 12" memory foam now, hopefully this will be better for us. I'm a back sleeper with some side sleeping and my husband is a side sleeper primarily.

We had a seven year old Beautyrest Black mattress that needed replacement. I fully expected that our "high end" line mattress would have lasted longer than seven years, but the mattress had completely lost support in the middle. After lots and lots of online shopping and video comparison, we decided to go with the Nolah Evolution 15 plush option. We are both mostly side sleepers and like to snuggle up at night, which is why we decided on the plush version. The Nolah shopping, purchase, delivery, and set up process was very smooth and only took about two weeks from start to finish. After getting our mattress we unboxed, unrolled, and let the evolution expand for about ten hours before sleeping on it the very same day it was delivered. We have zero complaints! Edge support is excellent, the cooling materials keep us from overheating at night, we wake up with zero aches and pains. My husband used to have back pain from our old mattress and I had hip discomfort, all of it has vanished with our new mattress. Even the plush version has enough support for other robust mattress activities without causing any noticeable complications. For reference I am 5'6" 145lb my husband is 5'8" 165lb. Our new mattress overall is just outstanding. It was a wonderful investment! As long as Nolah maintains the same quality. pricing, and production standards they have earned a couple of lifelong customers. This is an independent review with absolutely no solicitation from Nolah.
