We did have a problem with the mattress due to a production issue. It didn't affect the comfort, but it was notable. When I opened a ticket, Amber from customer care called me right away. She told me they would absolutely make it right and asked lots of questions. I sent pictures, and Amber worked with her internal teams. True to Amber's word, Nolah made it right. Sometimes, seeing how a company handles a problem tells you more about them than if everything went smoothly.

“I first purchased a Nolah 10" a few years ago, but we sent it back during the trial period. We absolutely loved the coolness and comfort of the foam, but with 2 men sleeping on it I always felt as if I was sinking all the way to the bottom. So we returned the Nolah and went with another company. I'm pretty OCD about things like mattresses, honestly I like the idea of changing them out every 2-3 years. So I had been looking online again and came across the Nolah website and just thought I would take a look. Lo and behold there it was- a 15" hybrid mattress that we could purchase in a "plush" feel. After denying the 30 day return window, I was able to purchase the mattress for under $1,500. It's insanely affordable compared to some others I had considered. Once we wrestled it out of the box we just plopped it on the bed and watched it inflate itself. Very, very little off-gassing, so no problems sleeping on it the first. I'm just using a standard waterproof mattress topper, but I'm sure you could used anything as long as your sheets fit. The bed is amazingly comfortable and great for 2 people (we have a king). Doesn't sleep hot, edge support is good, motion control is good, I'm really enjoying everything so far! I would highly recommend that you give this mattress a try- it really is wonderful!”
