“The Nolah Sleep Company is outstanding in the customer service and accessibility. I regrettably purchased the wrong mattress. It is always a guessing game buying a mattress online. Unfortunately, I missed the mattress comparison on their website. The Natural 11 was the firmest mattress they sell, and far less than ideal for side sleepers. I am considering purchasing a softer Talalay topper to put on top of it, but that would ruin the great deal that they gave me. I do like the quality of the Talalay material, but as previously indicated, it's just not right for me. I can return it for $99.00 but would prefer to avoid the hassle not only for my sake but theirs as well. They do have a much softer mattress that would most likely be very comfortable. I haven't made up my mine as to what I will do. I recommend the Natural 11 for anyone who desires a firm hypoallergenic sleep.”
“Finding a much needed new mattress was such an overwhelming process for me. My husband helped immensely and we discovered Nolah, and I'm so happy we did. Receiving a personal call checking to see if I had any questions was a helpful and pleasant surprise, and when the mattress arrived, I knew just what to do. I did need a little help getting the box into the bedroom, but the unpacking was super easy and quick. There were absolutely no off-gases or odor, and we slept GREAT that first night and have since then. It's so much cooler and more comfortable than our old memory foam mattress. I'd highly recommend this company, in fact, a good friend has now also purchased a mattress too. Such great sleep!”
“I spent a lot of time researching sustainable mattresses, and the Nolah was reasonably priced compared to others on the market. I'm a side combo sleeper, under 130lbs; the mattress was a little firmer than I thought it would be, but overall has been comfortable. I may add some additional padding down the road. Shipped promptly and unfurled easily, but you'll definitely need a friend to help move the box!”
