“I'm enjoying my Nolah mattress so far and I've had it for about 2 months. It's helped me sleep better in the sweltering summer nights in a building without AC, which was a big purchasing factor for me. I have yet to see how it does through the winter but am confident it will live up to the other reviews I've read. My preference for a mattress falls somewhere in the middle of soft & firm, and only leans a little to the firmer side so I don't feel like I'm sinking to the middle of the bed, and can enjoy a firm edge when I sit on the edge of the bed (ladies: think towel drying after shower, lotion application, putting on heels, painting toes, etc.). I am a side sleeper and currently it does run on the firm side, however that is what I was looking for as I plan to own this mattress for a long time, and my anticipation is that it will 'relax' the more I sleep in it and the longer I have it. It is excellent support for sleeping on your back. I share my bed with my dog and he loves it too! he's a 'donut' and side sleeper and he gets his z's through the whole night. I actually have to get him out of bed because he loves it so much. If you've made it this far in my review I hope the dog's perspective helps. I definitely wake up well-rested and usually in the same position I fell asleep in. My sheets stay on the frame of the mattress really well and don't bunch or slide around. I would definitely recommend this mattress from Nolah, in particular to those who are side & back sleepers, looking for medium to medium + firmness and breathability.”

“Was excited to find a new type of Foam that would be more Cooler to Sleep. The first few weeks I had to adjust from a full Memory Mattress. Too Bouncy!! Now after 2 months, just acts different than the foam, doses not Contour for my Spine. It is Cooler, but as for a Couple we are going back to the Foam. Sides are more firm.”
“My Nolah mattress is ok at this point. Granted I have only been sleeping on it for about 30 days. I was hoping for a softer mattress but it feels as firm as my previous mattress which gave me shoulder pain and was too firm. I am 5'6", 115 lbs. I have been sleeping through my husband's getting up in the middle of the night and early in the morning. Overall, I was hoping a 6.5 firmness rating would be softer. I am not yet waking up more rested and feeling great.”
